Bukit Jambul Rice terrace

Beautiful Bukit Jambul is located in the eastern region of Bali, in the Karangasem Regency. About 12 km separate it from Semarapura, the Klungkung capital town, and 51 km separate it from Denpasar on the route to Besakih, the mother temple.Because the words “Bukit” and “Jambul” signify “hill” and “crest,” respectively, Bukit Jambul refers to the crest of a hill. It is located on a plateau, blessed with a stunning view of rice terraces and three green coconuts.

Besakih Temple

Besakih Temple, located on the slopes of Mount Agung (3,142 meters), is Bali’s largest holy site and home to the island’s Mother Temple. The temple is divided into three major complexes dedicated to the Hindu Trinity. It was constructed in the late eighth century AD.Pura Besakih, or the Besakih temple, rises majestically on the western slopes of Mount Agung and is known as the Mother Temple of Hindu Bali, that covered an expanse that includes amazing mountain scenery surrounding this beautiful and artistic temple complex.

Tirta Gangga

Tirta Gangga  is located in Ababi Village, Abang Prefecture, Karangasem District of the Republic of Indonesia. It is about 75 kilometers from Kuta and takes about 2 hours to get there. 

At the first gate, you will be greeted by statues arranged in the shape of soldiers. You can also walk along the pool by crossing it with a stone path arranged in the shape of a chain of bridges. You can take a selfie with the statues in the pool in the background to make it look more unique.

Celuk Village

Bali’s primary hub for goldsmiths and silversmiths is Celuk Village, which is about 4 km southwest of Sukawati District. The main street, Jalan Raya Celuk, is lined with galleries and workshops. The craftsmen who create the gold and silver items here are highly skilled, and their creations are of exceptional quality with intricate and distinctive designs.Families of jewelers occupy nearly every home in the village, and every Celuk villager is skilled in creating and putting into practice elaborate designs and a variety of patterns.In addition to mass-export items like rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, studs, broaches, and many other Balinese ceremonial accessories and adornments, they also produce gold and silver items that are used as souvenirs.
